B | 随着收入迅速增长，DeepSeek 也在全力推进第二轮融资。今年 1 月至 7 月，DeepSeek 净亏损约 7.15 亿元，2025 年全年净亏损为 9.35 亿元。两名知情人士表示，DeepSeek 仍在与现有投资者和潜在新投资者洽谈第二轮融资，目标是募集 500 亿元，对应目标估值 5000 亿元。

C | DeepSeek 目前的收入规模仍远低于 Anthropic 和 OpenAI 等美国 AI 模型开发商，但毛利率已经达到较为健康的水平，关键原因是模型运行成本得到有效控制。

D | DeepSeek 通过提高 AI 基础设施效率等方式，让 AI 系统能够用更少的芯片完成任务。今年前 7 个月，DeepSeek 整体毛利率为 44.6%，API 业务毛利率更达到 82.9%。
